You simply agree to purchase Arista laser cartridges for your printers from Arista and we provide you with an extended warranty on your printers. You will never pay for parts, labor, service calls or maintenance kits again, as long as you continue to purchase Arista cartridges.

The Arista Guarantee
Our cartridges are unconditionally guaranteed to perform to your satisfaction. If you experience any issues throughout the lifetime of the cartridge, we'll replace the cartridge absolutely free, no questions asked.
How do you get started?
We'll schedule a "health check" of your printers and provide you with a report detailing the condition of each printer. If you decide to protect your printers under PrinterShield™, we will then perform a preventative maintenance and install the parts needed to bring the printers up to speed. At this time,
we will install an Arista brand cartridge and affix our PrinterShield™ labels that certify the printers are now protected under the program and will continue to be as long as the printers continue to use our Arista brand cartridges.
You'll also receive an asset report detailing printer name, model, serial number, page count and location. Your printers will then be PrinterShield™ Certified.
What about my OEM inventory?
We will trade HP cartridges on an equal exchange for Arista cartridges at the start of the program. And if you later decide to cancel the PrinterShield™ plan, we'll trade them back at no cost to you.
