Agreement Arista Commitments & Services •   All Arista Cartridges are re-engineered to meet or exceed industry standards for page yield and print quality •   Arista has been providing service and supplies for over 15 years •   Arista has over 12,000 satisfied customers nationwide •   Next day printer service and cartridge delivery is standard •   Optional: Four hour printer service and cartridge delivery response time   •   Annual Preventative Maintenance •   Normal service hours 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday •   We route our technicians using a GPS tracking system in our fleet of vans. •   All technicians are HP trained and certified on the latest printers •   Our vans carry an extensive parts inventory to insure rapid repair What do you receive when buying a PrinterShield™ cartridge? •   All service calls including labor and parts,including: •   Free Maintenance Kits •   Free annual preventative maintenance   •   Free service and asset reports of printers covered •   Free website access to system to enter & view service jobs, status and history. What is not covered? •   Printers not PrinterShield™ certified and inspected. •   Service or support for network configuration, applications or programming. •   Service for misuse or negligence of printer •   Service performed by someone other than an authorized Arista technician   •   Service outside of normal business hours of 8 a.m.- 5 p.m., Mon-Fri and all holidays •   Accessories including but not limited to scanners, duplexers, envelope feeders, staplers, sheet feeders, mailboxes & network cards •   Printers not using Arista Cartridges Download the Adobe pdf version of this Agreement
